Katie Bowers

Katie Bowers serves as a Branch Administrative Supervisor, partnering closely with branch leadership to support a high‑performing, client‑focused office. She oversees branch support associates, training, professional development, and ongoing communication while helping to create a culture of partnership and superior client service. In addition to leadership, Katie supports The Hucko Group as a Senior Client Specialist.

Katie joined Baird in 2022 through the merger with Hefren-Tillotson. With over 20 years of industry experience, she brings a broad and diverse skill set to her role, along with a strong commitment to service, collaboration, and operational excellence. Katie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Kent State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and began her career at Fidelity Investments.

Outside of work, Katie lives in McDonald, PA with her husband, Scott, and their children. She serves on the school board of Central Christian Academy, helps with her church’s children’s ministry, and enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
